As Humana shifts from an insurance company with elements of health to a health company with elements of insurance, we are focused on five areas of influence to help improve health and aging: primary care, home health, pharmacy, behavioral health and social determinants of health.

With nearly 10,000 people aging into Medicare each day, and almost 77 percent of Americans 65 or older living with two or more chronic conditions, we knew that our business needed to evolve to meet the growing needs of our members
